EngHire provides recruitment screening tools for engineering candidates and employer/admin reviewers. Use of the platform must be lawful, accurate and respectful of candidate privacy.

Candidate responsibilities

Candidates must provide accurate application information, upload files they are entitled to share, and keep login details secure.

Employer/admin responsibilities

Employer/admin users must only access candidate data for legitimate recruitment purposes and must not redistribute candidate files outside the intended recruitment process.

Screening results

Screening scores support review decisions but do not guarantee interviews, offers or employment outcomes.

Availability

EngHire may update the platform, roles, screening criteria and workflows as hiring requirements change.
