How we use information

We use candidate information to evaluate applications, communicate about opportunities, support employer review, manage interviews and improve the recruitment workflow.

Sharing

Candidate information may be shared with relevant employers or hiring companies where it is necessary for recruitment review. Uploaded files are not public and are available only to authorised employer/admin users.

Security

EngHire uses authenticated access controls, secure file download views, HTTPS and restricted upload storage to protect application data.
