Data Retention

EngHire keeps candidate application data while it is needed for recruitment review, opportunity matching, audit history and legitimate operational purposes.

Application data

Profiles, uploaded files, screening answers, scores, statuses, notes, interviews and messages may be retained to support hiring decisions and future role matching.

Deletion requests

Candidates may request removal of their application information by contacting hello@enghire.co.za. EngHire may retain limited records where required for legal, security or audit reasons.

Backups

Backup copies may retain data for a limited period before automatic rotation removes older backup archives.
